Configure Multiple Delivery Webapps

Overview

This page describes how to deploy a Bloomreach Experience Manager distribution that includes multiple delivery web applications in Bloomreach Cloud.

When to Use

Use this process when your Bloomreach Experience Manager project requires more than one delivery web application and you want to deploy them together in Bloomreach Cloud.

Prerequisites

A Bloomreach Experience Manager project that includes multiple delivery web applications and a CMS web application, packaged as a single distribution.
Access to Bloomreach Cloud with the necessary permissions to upload and deploy distributions.
Familiarity with your project’s structure and build process.

Implementation Steps

To deploy a project with multiple delivery web applications in Bloomreach Cloud:

Package the Distribution
Package your project as a single distribution that contains all delivery web applications and the CMS web application.

The process for creating this distribution depends on your project’s structure (for example, whether delivery web applications share a version control repository or are maintained separately). Upload and Deploy
Upload the distribution to Bloomreach Cloud and deploy it as usual.
Configure Virtual Hosts
For each delivery web application, configure a virtual host in the Console.
Configure Domains
For each delivery web application, configure a domain in Mission Control. Set the source and target path to match the context path of the corresponding web application.

Verification

Confirm that each delivery web application is accessible via its configured domain and virtual host.
Verify that routing and context paths function as expected for each delivery web application.
