Use Bloomreach Content
Bloomreach Content provides tools for creating content, customizing web page appearance, managing content delivery channels, and monitoring visitor interactions. This guide introduces the core authoring and editing workflows in Bloomreach Content. Most content editing tasks take place in the Content application, so this manual focuses on that area.
To begin, log in to Bloomreach Content.
Use the credentials provided on the login page to sign in as an author, editor, or administrator. Your role determines which applications are available in the left sidebar of the CMS interface. Select an icon to access the corresponding application:

Experience manager ![]() | Manage channels where content is published. Preview unpublished changes before they go live. |
Projects ![]() | In the Projects application, organize and manage collections of changes made to channels. |
Content ![]() | The Content application is used to browse and manage all content items. |
Document search ![]() | Use the Document search application to locate and manage content using advanced search and bulk actions on selected results. |
Insights > Content reports ![]() | The Content reports application (available in some editions) provides statistics such as usage data, most visited pages, and broken links. |
