Sitemap Plugin Configuration: Basic Sitemap

The Basic Sitemap is the default component provided when you install the Sitemap plugin from the feature library. This sitemap feed is generated based on all site menus configured in the channel. As a result, the sitemap includes only URLs that are directly mapped in the site menu.

Configuration Parameter

The Basic Sitemap supports a single configuration parameter:

depth	2	Sets the maximum depth for site menu traversal when generating the sitemap.

How to Configure

To set the depth parameter, use the Console to update the component configuration. For example, to set the depth to 1:
