Restrict Workflow for Certain Folders and Groups

Starting with brXM 14.0.0, you can restrict workflow actions—such as adding, renaming, or deleting folders—for specific user groups and folders using a unified approach.

To configure read-only access for a group (for example, authors) on a specific folder, follow the steps in Deny Access to a Folder. This method applies to all relevant use cases in version 14.0.0 and later.
