What is Bloomreach Content?

Bloomreach Content is a digital experience platform designed to deliver personalized content across multiple channels. XM uses a modular architecture and supports open standards, enabling agile development and straightforward integration with external systems. XM separates content from presentation logic. Content editors can create content once and publish it to various channels, including websites, mobile applications, REST APIs, and social platforms. The Experience manager allows webmasters to create new channels or configure page templates. With the Relevance Module, you can target content to specific visitors based on context, user history, or personas defined by marketing teams. You can group related changes into a Project, review them in isolation, run them as a campaign, or publish them together.

XM supports open standards such as JCR (Java Content Repository) and REST. This simplifies integration and development with existing systems. The delivery framework (HST) provides tools for rapid development of delivery channels, including websites, single-page applications, and REST endpoints. Both the user interface and the delivery framework are customizable and extensible.

Bloomreach Content is available in two editions:

• Developer Edition: Distributed under the Apache 2 open source license.
• Enterprise Edition: Requires an enterprise license and includes additional modules such as Relevance and Projects.
