This page outlines the general system requirements for Bloomreach Content and the Developer Edition. Use these guidelines to inform infrastructure planning.
Bloomreach supports only system components that are actively maintained by their respective vendors.

Bloomreach Content Stack
Bloomreach Content supports multiple stack configurations, including various operating systems, databases, and application servers. If your environment differs from the preferred stack, you can use one of the additional stack options listed below. Bloomreach supports only system components that are actively maintained by their vendors. Support for third-party products depends on your licensed stack options.

Client Software Prerequisites
The Bloomreach Content user interface is web-based and does not require local installation. The product is designed to run in standard browser environments. Bloomreach does not guarantee compatibility with browser plug-ins, tools, or modifications.

Tomcat 10 is not supported for brXM 14 and 15.

Docker usage is optional. Other Docker versions may function, but using versions outside the specified range is not recommended.

Use the 64-bit version of the operating system on an x64 Intel (or compatible) processor.

Some customers run the CMS User Interface through Citrix solutions. Bloomreach does not provide standard support for Citrix environments. If you plan to use Citrix, contact Bloomreach support or your account manager for further guidance.
