Search Component

Class Name

The Search Component uses the following class:

org.onehippo.cms7.essentials.components.EssentialsSearchComponent

Overview

The Search Component extends the List Component. It enables pagination by default and does not require a document type list. When the query request parameter is not present, the component skips all querying logic.

The Search Component does not introduce additional component parameters, request parameters, or rendering attributes beyond those provided by the List Component.
