Upgrade 15.3 to 15.4

Bloomreach Content upgrades from 15.3.x to 15.4.y include visual editor support for Docbase and Multi Select document fields, a new Offline Document Indicator in channel preview, Strict Mode restrictions on Updater Scripts, SPA preview URL query parameter encoding, and a Dashboard Document Wizard dateFormat property.
