Set Permissions on Folders

Overview

This guide explains how to configure a group with permissions limited to a specific folder in Bloomreach Content.

You will configure a group named news-editors with the following permissions:

• Edit permissions for documents in the news folder
• Edit permissions for images in the news folder
• Edit permissions for assets in the news folder
• Read-only permissions for all other images

Implementation Strategy

Use the same approach described in Grant Access to One Channel. Update the domain paths as follows:

• Replace /content/documents/monprojet with /content/documents/myproject/news
• Replace /content/assets/monprojet with /content/assets/news
• Replace /content/gallery/monprojet with /content/gallery/news
